How do I sign up?
To register, you'll need to send an email to your designated HomeScout sales representative to request your special access code. Then, you can sign up with this link - https://homescout.aidentified.com/vip/register. Please remember to use your business email.
Where do I login?
Do I have to enter a credit card to start my free trial?
Yes, you are required to register with your credit card, but we make it easy to end your trial. We will send out a reminder when your trial is ending, and you may login to your account to cancel or reach out to us at homescout@aidentified.com.
How do I upload my connections?
In the platform, click the tab at the top "Import/Export". Follow the steps to upload your LinkedIn Connections. For more support, watch this tutorial.
Can I upload my contact list instead of LinkedIn?
Yes! In the platform, click the tab at the top "Import/Export" and find the "Import" section. Enter your credentials to the desired provider and import your contacts. For more support, watch this tutorial.
Can I integrate my CRM?
Yes. We have a handful of CRM integrations available for you to use so you can seamlessly transfer leads and start conversations. Go to the "Import/Export" tab and scroll down to the "Export" section. Follow the steps to integrate your CRM and start prospecting today!
Is my data safe?
Yes! Your uploaded connections are yours and not shared or stored anywhere else. The data is only used to find your connections , then we bring back those same connections with 10x the information, from our own curated database of over 210M people. Is Aidentified mobile friendly?
We do have a mobile app. Take Aidentified on the road with you. Our mobile app is available on the Apple and Google stores.

How much does Aidentified cost and how often will I be billed?
When you register, you will find the pricing for all our plans on the signup page. Simply select the features you need, and enter your credit card information. You can select to be billed monthly or annually.
